The ENTJ personality type is Extraverted, iNtuitive, Thinking, and Judging, which means ENTJs are energized by working with others, focused on understanding complex systems, eager to solve problems by implementing efficient solutions, and driven to be organized and fair. This combination of personality preferences produces individuals who are ambitious, charismatic, and visionary leaders who love to work hard. ENTJs are usually friendly and gregarious, but in the pursuit of success, competitive, strategic ENTJs can sometimes be blunt, critical, or impatient. (truity.com)

I do not usually talk about this much, as it’s just kind of a boomerang for me in the way how society sees my type of personality. Someone who is a natural-born leader inspires a lot of people but is untouchable as nobody can ever know what our next moves and plans will be.

We have Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, and also many fictional characters from your favorite revenge series who will have a plot where they are the most successful person in whatever they want to master because our natural behavior is that we have SO MUCH idealism and trust in our own perspective of how the world should work.

More likely than average to suffer cardiac problems, lol. Yes, as we never hide our true emotions, especially about people. You can see from the gestures that we show, the looks of the faces that we give, the way we talk, and even the way we laugh about your jokes. Some people say that we have anger issues, especially when we see someone who can’t use their resources effectively, things that are not efficient, and when people just don’t believe in our perspective. Very arrogant, right?

Usually, if I see someone who does not agree with my point of view and I don’t really see benefits in our relationship for a longer period of time, I will definitely cut the strings off right away because I only speak to those who speak the same language as mine. *Now it has become more psycho-ish, lol.

Empathy is not one of the strengths of the ENTJ. But even though we don’t have much of that, many people still think that we are very powerful and charismatic. We live in a world of possibilities and see challenges everywhere that we gladly attack. We are leaders in the best sense, using our energy and charisma to inspire and motivate others.

Again, we don’t have empathy to understand or to put ourselves in your shoes, but we have this competitive behavior of increasing our EQ. So that we can make progress by working to consider our own feelings and those of other people, but it won’t come naturally.

We are very direct and commanding communicators, often with a clear idea of what needs to be done and a take-charge attitude toward organizing people and projects.

Relationship? love? Can we skip that? haha

ENTJs value a partner who respects and appreciates their competence, intelligence, and effectiveness. We set clear expectations and see that our rules are followed.

“They see daily life as a kind of chessboard, upon which people, things, and entities are moved, removed, altered, and engaged — constantly for the organizational good.”

- Otto Kroeger, Type Talk at Work
